We are a growth capital investor. Our strategy involves taking significant minority stakes in private companies. We then work alongside management to optimise value during our ownership and help our companies sell to private equity or trade purchasers.
We back talented CEOs and management teams who can demonstrate an ability to execute operationally and create value. The selection criteria for companies in which we invest is rigorous and we constantly think about how we can help businesses over and above just the provision of capital.
VGC Partners leverages technology, corporate partners and operational networks across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific to help drive meaningful growth for our portfolio companies.
