Risks

You should be aware that investments in venture capital funds are highly illiquid. The fund invests in unlisted shares for which there is no liquid market. The timing and amount of any returns to you will depend on many factors, but as value is realised the distributions will happen after individual exit events in line with the terms of the fund's Limited Partnership Agreement.

You will not be able to sell your interest in the Fund and the likelihood, timing and value of distributions following exit events are highly uncertain.

The Fund does not include any capital protection from future market performance so you could lose some or all of your investment.

THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF RISKS. IN MAKING AN INVESTMENT OF THIS TYPE, ANY POTENTIAL INVESTORS SHOULD HAVE THE RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND SHOULD SEEK ADVICE FROM AN INDIVIDUAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM QUALIFIED TO GIVE SUCH ADVICE.
